Lisa and Pete's "Just Because" Session
They've been married for over a year, but they wanted some pictures "just because". I actually told them I wanted to take pictures of them when I first started getting in to photography, but it took us this long to actually do it. I love this last little sequence of them! So cute!
If you want some "just because" pictures, contact me!
I still have a few openings for the week of November 10-16, so if you are interested, let me know ASAP.

Coming soon, but not TOO soon...Lisa and Pete
A lot of good things are happening. First off, I got a new camera! Since I am currently unemployed, I have been able to do a lot of experimenting with it, and learning how to fully utilize the equipment. Second of all, again, since I am unemployed, I have had time to do some major major researching. I have learned SO many new post processing techniques that will not only enhance my photos by a great deal, but save me TONS of time. I am so excited! So, the reason that Lisa and Pete's pictures aren't going to be here TOO soon is because I am using theirs to do all my experimenting on. Don't worry though, it will be worth the wait.
I am looking forward to my trip home because I have a week full of photo shoots that I'll be able to apply all of my new techniques to!
There are times when I read something and think "how did I not know that!?" and then feel bad that I haven't been doing it with all my previous pictures. But that is part of the learning process. That's also why I haven't been charging much.
Lisa and Pete were the perfect couple to take pictures of. They are so fun and lovey that it made for some really sweet moments. My very favorite from the entire shoot is this one against the red brick. There is something about it that makes me wish I was in that moment (but with Spencer of course).

Richards Family
This family has been patiently awaiting their grand announcement on my blog. Haha, just kidding guys. They are great friends, and I loved getting to take pictures of them. Brendan is at such a cute age, and all he wanted to do was play with my camera. Hopefully I'll be seeing you guys soon up here in Virginia!
